THANKSGIVING SUNDAY

Had an early Thanksgiving early this year with family at Charles Moms house.  She prepared a great deal of food and with the help of Sherri, Marks wife, we had a wonderful meal to include stuffing of two types, one with onions and made esp. for Charles and Mark, without onions.  Gotta keep those big guys happy.  It was great to see all three of Charles' sons, Chuck, Derrick and Thomas.  Along with those 3 Nicole was able to come and Cavern and Canyon.  Unfortunatley, Deven and Brandon weren't able to attend.  Perhaps 2014.  I guess the next big event will be Christmas and then off to the next year we go....Yippee!!!!!!!!!!!

Today a long time friend of my mothers, Hazel Erickson, posted some pictures of my Mother on line and I would like to share those.  She was a beautiful lady whose life was cut way to short by the onset of Diabetes. 

School Day

Another day at school.  I am not fairing to well in the economics class but I hope to improve as I really like this class.  I have an excellent instructor Miss. Holmes.

Well it was one day ago that I was able to visit Oklahoma and when I was there I was also able to see the most beautiful and precious gift straight from God that I have ever laid eyes on.  Yes, 4-10-2012 I saw my grandson Jerry for the first time and what a heart melting experience that was.  It is just now my prayer that Nicole is able to get her items in order and become the Mommy that she needs to be to this handsome and sweet young man.  I love you Jerry and thank you Lord for such a beautiful child in my life.

Turner Rocks Again

So I guess it is official now.  I am a R-E-A-L blogger with my own blog and all.  I am naming the whole blog in honor of my little buddy whom I haven't seen in some time (Dec 2002) but always know that I miss my time spent with you and all of the time that we have missed and I want you to know that regardless of time distance etc...I love you and think of you every day and keep you in my prayers that we will meet again one day soon.  Just like we were together back then I would say Turner you Rock and you always insisted that Nennie Rules.
